适合听。情节到后面略俗，但还是听得心肝儿发颤…眼泪哗哗。

挣脱父亲阴影那部分很像educated 爱情故事的部分美好又狗血很多人诟病这本书中用了太多烂俗的小说桥段但都不影响我对它的喜爱因为背景是阿拉斯加那种toughness 那种原始和粗糙不断把我带回那片神奇的土地虽然故事情节可以预料但是作者的写作功力真的很棒尤其是对环境的描写还是很值得一读的啊什么时候还要再去阿拉斯加！

PTSD可以发展成很严重的精神疾病真的应该寻求治疗，而不是把妻女拉到鸟不拉屎的阿拉斯加小村子然后加以家暴。。阿拉斯加这么神秘的地方写点啥不好非要写精神病人家暴，还亏它一开始就cue《野性的呼唤》还以为是什么有趣的冒险小说。。不过荒蛮之地的家庭冒险小说本身也很容易使我产生当年憎恶《大草原上的小木屋》那样的憎恶之情。。

Kristin Hannah把阿拉斯加的冷酷和柔情写到骨头里啦让人对七十年代这个最后的frontier暮然神往一个把人的伪装一撸到底的地方最闪亮和最黑暗的人性在漫漫长夜里肆意滋长从阿拉斯加离开之后的部分有些后劲不足妈妈说“not my Leni”的瞬间泪奔了整本书有这么重的一个瞬间已经值5颗星了

背景是七十年代的阿拉斯加，情节略俗，母女在患PTSD的家暴父亲折磨下一步步变强大，更准确说是母女俩对彼此的爱让对方更坚强的故事。作者对环境的描写非常优美，对人物情感也表达的十分细腻，虽然情节非常小说化，但是还是禁不住陷入到书中人物的情感里，孤独的土地上演着孤独的戏。整体感觉像最近读过的Educated（但是Educated是自传啊）

总体来说在我听完Chapter26 (total Chapter 32) ：非常暗黑、异常沉重、和Alaska的风雪一起卷入记忆的深夜。书中人物在历经环境艰苦、家庭暴力后终于可以拿得起放得下了，也有些许对越战的反思。语言朴实简单，有些桥段几笔一带场面宏大。比如刚到来时的Alaska与离别时的Alask...

多亏最近坐了两次长途飞机才把这本厚厚的书啃完。作者把阿拉斯加的风景和人文描写得栩栩如生，看完更想去那看极光吃三文鱼。只可惜故事本身有点薄弱，有些老套不够精彩。书里把阿拉斯加和主人公的命运联系在了一起，Leni和她妈妈都把阿拉斯加当成真正的家，她们都觉得在那才能...
