很有意思的閱讀體驗。作者的每個proposal都能隨便想齣來二十個原因為什麼它不work，用來寫limitation的段落和幾乎和proposal本身一樣長。和作者一起開腦洞的同時也對很多本來不知道的社會問題有瞭更多的瞭解。

有瞭一些經濟學訓練後這本書讀起來太過癮瞭天纔學者挑戰5大現有經濟製度：1.如何避免規避財産稅製中的道德風險問題？ 2. 如何剋服民主製度弊端（quadratic voting）3. 如何提高移民效率 4. 如何解決隱形産業壟斷？5. AI大數據時代資源如何分配（data as labor）解決方案也許是激進的但是思想是閃光的！強推quadratic voting and data as labor兩章做為微軟經濟學傢能夠意識到現有科技公司的獲利的不正義性也是非常有良心的學者瞭

兩個高估瞭讀者智商的學術男。。。寫瞭一本很有趣但是很不切閤實際的學術論作。。。

第一章，所謂的共有權自定稅很有趣，但適用範圍存疑；第二章，聲量點數用來設置議程好像不錯，但是用來選人或是選方案的話就感覺不是特彆好；第三章，保留意見；第四章，限製機構投資者在一個行業內不能有多個寡頭性投資對象，感覺很閤理；第五章，網絡平颱的用戶在運動中可以同時作為勞動者直接施壓、作為廣告點擊者間接通過廣告購買客戶施壓的提法挺有趣。

They show how the principle of one person, one vote inhibits democracy, suggesting instead an ingenious way for voters to effectively influence the issues that matter most to them. They argue that every citizen of a host country should benefit from immigration―not just migrants and their capitalist employers. They propose leveraging antitrust laws to liberate markets from the grip of institutional investors and creating a data labor movement to force digital monopolies to compensate people for their electronic data.
