尤金·奥凯利，在纽约市出生和长大。1972年进入毕马威，担任助理会计师，经过30多年的努力，于2002年4月成为毕马威公司的首席执行官，并一直担任该职到2005年6月确诊前，后来保留了公司的资深合伙人一职。他于2005年9月10日辞世。
