是一本不错的教科书，比起managing human resource 那本简直就是入门级读者的神物。后者写的太乱，很多内容混在一大片中。但是这本就会用小标题一个一个的标出来，很清晰。 p.s. 作者对于中国的研究还是挺透彻的，还会用 red eye disease (jealous) 这样的idiom
