理查德·H·泰勒，芝加哥大學商學院教授，金融與行為經濟學教授，行為決策研究中心主任，美國國民經濟研究局（NBER）主管行為經濟學的研究工作。研究主要集中於心理學、經濟學等交叉學科，被認為是“現代行為經濟學和行為金融學領域的先鋒經濟學傢”。
