Each sailor who reads this book will be able to say honestly that
they do finally know and understand the rules completely. I
realize that a rules book doesn't often make for the best bedtime
reading; but I've made a conscious effort to write in an easy to
follow, conversational style. In addition, I've taken the time to go
into each rule in enough depth so that you can feel confident that
you actually do understand what the rule means and how it
applies to your racing; and Brad has provided his usual clear and
humorous diagrams that make understanding the rules even
easier.
