細節豐富程度在讓讀者在拜服和崩潰之間。英文版讓我進入節奏更快，但是到後麵一堆人名律所分不清楚誰是誰一邊的真的好頭疼。讀完此書又不後悔當時本科專業沒選金融瞭，實業商業有趣多瞭

第一波士頓從始至終是跑龍套的，但卻由此起死迴生。沒有搞懂KKR最後齣價的道理。

從Standard Nabisco到RJR Nabisco到KKR buyout，尤其是最後一部分，真是一個冗長的deal。。看Ross Johnson由輝煌到疲憊，看各個公司為自己的原因而較勁。每一章的主題很明確。
