2020#011 感谢老师的督促让我总算看完了这本,还可以用进assessment…奈斯… 虽然只是一本guide book但是依旧非常全面…只是说框架都搭好了梯子也给你了然后自己投入实践吧…对于BA的分析划分也都很清晰明了,感觉把之前学过的科目都可以联系在一起了,不管是marketing, OM, PM, RM, CS, IT… 以及看完之后就知道为啥老师对techniques这一部分如此情有独钟了…
