很不錯的一本教科書，寫法跟中文教科書很不一樣，一些基本觀念講得清楚透徹，生動有趣，不僅有大量真實的案例，還經常援引文史學科的例子來啓人思考，記得一上來就是Kafka的Before the Law，印象中還有涉及Orwell的Shooting An Elephant。在國內買過一本中譯本，剛到美國時就買瞭原版，可惜後來沒怎麼去讀。
