评分救了老命的一本书，被好多writing center的老师推荐。然后具体的处理方法写的不是特别想尽，关于qualitative data的处理用了别的文献的办法。感觉这本书搭架子还是可以的，大而全就没办法特别细致了。然而还是有用。
