相见恨晚啊，大量couple therapy案例贯穿全书，生动易懂有共鸣，看着看着就哭了。前几章讲如何有意识地发现彼此争执时的pattern，落脚点是理解、接纳双方的raw spots & attachment needs，不仅要耐心发掘对方protest背后的原因，也要积极勇敢地表达自己的emotional feelings来帮对方理解自己。所有的正向、负向的spiral都不是一个人促成的，说到底，双方积极参与沟通表达仍是重中之重，只有实用性的problem solving而没有语言和肢体的reassurances是远远不够的。也提到了如何与经历过trauma的伴侣相处，如何原谅彼此，如何区分性生活是真的bonding还是找刺激或补偿行为。挺棒挺实用的！
