這本書講的不是普通意義上的交流,而是那種雙方可能鬧得很不愉快的談話。這本書非常到位的分析瞭談話過程中的幾個難點。比如所見非所得,如何處理情緒問題,如何麵對自己對自己的認識。不僅對溝通有意義,在一定程度上對分析瞭解自己對人和事的反應,對自己的瞭解都很有幫助。強烈推薦。
