Great Book Seminar第一本书，总算是对古希腊有了深入的了解。觉得荷马真的太伟大，仅靠脑子记和搜集各种吟游诗人的故事整理出来了这本书，不过好可惜24章以后都遗失了。对于书中英雄们对于生死的坦荡真是佩服，不过也觉得被神主宰命运是一件可悲的事。

读完有种窒息的感觉。虽然故事简单，但叙事之宏大、主题之丰富、影响之深远，不愧为西方文明起源之一。
