我覺得每個留學生都應該仔細讀這本書。每一章講一個問題，由有趣的例子引入，然後講理論。學術範，清楚明瞭，同時給很多留學生估計都會遇到的跨文化交流問題提供一點理論慰籍。如果留學之前就能讀到這本書該多好-不過不知道感觸會不會這麼深。

评分我希望知道認知科學和人類學的交集在哪裏，抱著這個希望翻開這本書，根本找不到答案。如果這是人類學的representative，那我們八字是真的閤不來的。那種偏嚮社會學啦，結構主義啦之類的路走不通，鴻溝啊，真的是鴻溝。
