4.5. I thought it was a moral tale, it's not quite. McEwan explores the grey zone between morals and legality, while being a wonderful story-teller. It is maybe too slick how the story ends. In general I like its narrative, clean, sophisticated, polished.

Four and half actually. Intriguing story with his iconic style of disturbing. Nice parts of self analysis BTW.
