連書寫的英語都是蘇格蘭口音，開始的幾頁我真的是驚呆瞭。然後讀進去覺得挺好的，特彆是Redon變成瞭一個讀過大學、讀剋倫凱郭爾的迷茫青年，感覺文藝多瞭。

第一眼掃過去有扔書的衝動，看瞭那麼歡樂的電影本以為這也是本同樣歡樂的書，事後證明這的確是本歡樂的書但它是用蘇格蘭腔寫的！雖然讀多瞭就習慣瞭甚至還想試試學習蘇格蘭腔邊讀邊念，但開始的時候真的很怨念=_=不管怎樣真是本很有魅力的書，碎片故事閤集，人物群像，每一小段故事的人稱和人物的視角都在不停變化，但可以根據強烈的人物個性來判斷誰說瞭啥，初讀吃力，但久瞭就會覺得如果少瞭方言，髒話和俚語絕對魅力少一半，故事仍是關於一群蘇格蘭junkie偷雞摸狗嗑藥打架生老病死，較電影更現實更黑暗，畢竟小說有更多的時間和細節來錶現生的輕浮，死的恥辱，以及黑色病態的幽默後所掩蓋的殘酷現實
