作者简介
Winston Groom wrote the acclaimed Vietnam War novel Better Times Than These as well as the prize-winning As Summers Die, and co-authored Conversations with the Enemy, which was nominated for a 1984 Pulitzer Prize. He lives in New York City and Point Clear, Alabama.

大学的时候看过这个电影，不过都忘记的差不多了。这两天开始读这本书，书里的很多词好像是古老的用法或者俚语之类的，需要猜的。

评分拼写错误好多，一度怀疑看的是垃圾盗版。在网上搜了一下说原版就是这样。慢慢习惯了这些错误和缩写。这是我看完的第四本原版英文书。和电影还是有些出入，感觉电影更加好看。
