评分读的英文版,这本书是本真正的神作!!!相比GTD来说要基础得多,提出了很多很搞价值的,关于时间管理的基础理论——时间管理的“循环系统”由四部分构成:to-do list,life goal,schedule,calendar。以及“压力管理”,“管理老板”等概念,非常不错!学习时间管理,这本书应该是第一本书!
