查爾斯•漢迪（Charles Handy，颱灣稱為韓第），1932年齣生於愛爾蘭，是歐洲最偉大的管理思想大師。英國《金融時報》稱他是歐洲屈指可數的“管理哲學傢”，並把他評為僅次於彼得•德魯剋的管理大師。如果說德魯剋是“現代管理學之父”，那麼查爾斯•漢迪就是當之無愧的“管理哲學之父”。
