不知道是讀的太倉促還是其他什麼，未覺得從中獲益多少，或許是因為現在的職業並不適閤這種時間管理方式吧。。。也許下一次品讀能讀齣新的感悟？。。。但願吧。。。

建議很實用：不要總是隻關注最重要最緊急而是把每日必做的搞定，再順便做好第二天的計劃。把相似的任務歸類在一起集中做完，而不是時不時被一件小事打斷。還要建立高效的係統和工具一勞永逸。

為學日益，為道日損。本書注重方法執行，核心觀點是限製，即限製時間、限製清單，本質上是要求專注，專注於當下、專注於有限的事件。前半部分很精彩，後麵就有些囉嗦瞭。理念本身五顆星，能夠很好的與《Path of Least Resistance》中的內容配閤，目標和現實的差距作為動力、構建選擇器係統，再加上本書的專注當下。整體評價4星，推薦閱讀。
