Good for people who need to learn communication skills in America

非常全麵的書。講resolve conflict的兩章和前麵十幾章的風格不太一緻，寫的太抽象。但是其他的章節都寫的非常好。我喜歡最後一章講的溝通中內心和技巧的關係，兩者缺一不可。即使關心他人，也需要有善巧的錶達方式。作者講的很透徹。
