很简洁的介绍，也有必要的逻辑。但读到第六章实在是走神。

Wacks在短短的几章里面描述了法律和道德与权利之间的关系，还有法律对社会凝结力的影响，以及法律是否对某些群体比如女性和有色种族产生结构性压迫。我个人第一遍读有些吃力，第二遍读的时候就感觉出Wacks写的非常简洁明了。

是一本好的通识读物，对相关的各大名家都有涉及。

Raymond Wacks　香港大学法学和法理学荣誉退休教授。主要研究领域为法学理论、隐私权和人权，所发表作品涉及法律及法哲学的诸多方面。主要著作包括：《个人信息：隐私与法律》（1993）、《法理学》（1999，该书在世界范围内作为教材被广泛采用）、《理解法理学：法律理论引论》（2005）等。
