Wacks在短短的幾章裏麵描述瞭法律和道德與權利之間的關係，還有法律對社會凝結力的影響，以及法律是否對某些群體比如女性和有色種族産生結構性壓迫。我個人第一遍讀有些吃力，第二遍讀的時候就感覺齣Wacks寫的非常簡潔明瞭。
