雞湯和雞血滿滿的，其中也有一部分具體的學習方法比較不錯，書中提到的一些學習資源也很棒。詞匯比較基礎，簡單易讀，建議閱讀速度可以快一些。

In 2003, Benny Lewis spoke only one language (English) and even that one had given him trouble, as he had to overcome a stutter as a child. Benny barely passed German in high school and was so poor in Irish (Gaeilge) that he had to drop down to the lower level examination just to get into University.
