扛鼎之作应给五星，但读起来实在是感觉一般

故事很简单，就是非洲国家怎样按发展理论所说剥夺农业发展工业，而政府干预怎样一项项失败的。集体行动的逻辑农村组织不起反抗，政府更偏好项目制而非农产品价格的调整来获得更多的政治支持。写得倒是干净利落堪为典范，只是不免怀疑有将复杂性简单化的趋向。不过不失为政治过程和发展各种互动的好作品
