必须实践，光有工具和方法没用。读书必须笔记，边读边记，用自己的话语。过一段时间写permanent notes，需要详尽的叙述，就你的个人见解，note和note可以形成关联，这样就某个话题可以有一个完整的知识体系。要让好的方法变成好的习惯。

相比Eco的笔记法我更喜欢这个；更好的成长性，更强调的是记录想法而不只是摘录（Eco的想法本也不是在笔记卡片中体现的）。很多各学科杂交的写作建议基本没看，啰嗦。
