看到self被长长长句子和各种of which逼疯了上goodreads看一顿点评发现我不是一个人以后才看了下去... 但是我觉得除了self那一章有几段特别难读以外别的章节都还好还有一点是出版的时候都13年了为什么感觉作者还和心理学有beef啊？？指名道姓批评therapy真的不懂了也有个人偏向比较明显的地方（尤其God那一章他atheist观点真的很强）虽然intro说作者自己尽量客观哭辽不懂他！！！
