英語看的頭暈

紙質量不錯，書皮太硬難翻頁，價格就內容而言稍貴

看到self被長長長句子和各種of which逼瘋瞭上goodreads看一頓點評發現我不是一個人以後纔看瞭下去... 但是我覺得除瞭self那一章有幾段特彆難讀以外彆的章節都還好還有一點是齣版的時候都13年瞭為什麼感覺作者還和心理學有beef啊？？指名道姓批評therapy真的不懂瞭也有個人偏嚮比較明顯的地方（尤其God那一章他atheist觀點真的很強）雖然intro說作者自己盡量客觀哭遼不懂他！！！
