评分可操作性很强的一本 pm 小书。虽然方法论本质上也还是一种敏捷，但是从全书读下来可以感觉到，作者真的很会宣传。用对了词和说对了话，有时候比做对了事情重要。 全书最喜欢的是在 Work is like a hill 提到的 uphill phase 和 down phase：uphill phase 做的是 initializing 和 planning，而 downhill phase 应该是 executing。这是一个很概括很轻量又非常实用的可视化，很有趣。
