可操作性很強的一本 pm 小書。雖然方法論本質上也還是一種敏捷，但是從全書讀下來可以感覺到，作者真的很會宣傳。用對瞭詞和說對瞭話，有時候比做對瞭事情重要。 全書最喜歡的是在 Work is like a hill 提到的 uphill phase 和 down phase：uphill phase 做的是 initializing 和 planning，而 downhill phase 應該是 executing。這是一個很概括很輕量又非常實用的可視化，很有趣。
