趣味横生，也不算小书哇，电子书8个多小时呢..其中有讲到犹太人开中餐馆的趣事，中餐已经进化到非常流行的年代了..chop suey真心好吃啊蔬菜又多
评分從歷史角度，很詳細地解釋了美國中餐廳是怎麼出現又是怎麼發展的。解決了我之前對chop suey as a concept and once in the mainstream culture的很多疑問
评分挺有意思的小书，从鸦片战争前美英去中国做贸易讲起，一直到中国奥运让老外认识新的中餐，一百多年过去了，虽然在美国有了湖南菜四川菜台湾菜粤菜京菜，但是很多美国人的印象仍然是那几个，牛肉西兰花，左宗棠鸡，宫保鸡丁.....便宜量大。书中亮点除了李鸿章访美外，还有尼克松访华被承诺绝对不上海参，和被烤鸭迷得顺魂颠倒及召集全白宫访华人员学习用筷子，最为有趣。
