A GOOD START，不會難，但是背産區會有些吃力

作為一本教材，真是大大超越我的預期

WSET 2級官方教材，都是比較淺顯基礎的知識，但是已經打開瞭非常大的一扇窗。因為葡萄酒相關的知識涉及到種植學、釀酒學、地理學和食品學等各方麵，包羅萬象，這本書隻是引子，不深入細節僅僅點到為止，框架太大顯得行文中有些浮於錶麵缺乏係統感，尤其是在相關産區及其對應葡萄品種和釀酒特點的介紹結構性較差，烈酒部分更是走馬觀花，不過勝在言簡意賅，短小精煉。將部分章節分彆總結成A4紙的腦圖，産區分彆列齣知識點，配以地名卡片110+，葡萄品種卡片34張，也算是濃縮之。另外喝過的做過筆記的印象就非常深刻，希望有機會將各細分産區的酒款嘗試完...
