读不下去了，too flat

中国人和人生的悲哀，severed tie的悲哀。平凡而艰辛的人生故事，表现得像老一代移民那样坚韧和不动声色，连挫败都是淡淡然的。我们为什么要到这里来，而究竟又为什么而存在？短篇小说结构非常Classic，人物及其conflicts 设定得精准和迅速。

短篇小说集，读了前面两三篇感觉还好。可是继续读下去就感觉千篇一律，没什么新意。全都是写中国人在美国不好的遭遇。
