如果我以后有幸做了教授，我会让我的博士生第一年就看这本书。做research，从开始念博士开始，就非常讲究timing，很多某个时间该做的东西，一旦错过了，需要太多时间和精力去补救了。你可以说这个将会成为你的经验，但是，正如作者所言：Experience is the best teacher, but only when the experience isn't fatal.

评分Discussed in a sincere way many pragmatic and concrete problems scientists normally encounter. The only shortcoming is the poor English writing, which is not refined at all!
