《用英语表达你的法律观点:第三届全国法律英语大赛论文集》内容简介：学英语难，学法律英语则是难上加难。其实，不仅中国人以为难，外国人也以为难，甚至连一些以英语为母语的人都会把法律英语称为“外语”。用英语表达法律观点应做到——选好题，有条理，再自然地表达。

杨富斌，男，1958年4月生于河北邯郸，中共党员，中国人民大学博士，美国加州克莱蒙研究生大学过程研究中心高级访问学者，美国中美后现代发展研究院特邀研究员，北京第二外国语学院法政学院院长、教授，校学术委员会委员、法学学科带头人、旅游法律与产业规制研究中心主任、全国高校法律英语大赛组委会主任。近年主要研究方向是法哲学和旅游法。主要社会兼职有：世界旅游组织国际旅游法论坛（IFTTA）中国地区董事、中国历史唯物主义学会人的发展研究会副会长、中国过程学会副会长、中国法学会法理学研究会理事、法学教育研究会理事、北京市环境法学会常务理事、行政法学研究会理事等，同时兼任杭州市哲学社会科学重点研究基地浙江大学城市学院旅游发展与法制研究中心研究员、河北工业大学人文学院兼职教授。其在旅游法研究方面的著述主要有：《旅行社监管法律制度研究》（合著）、《旅游景区经营管理中的法律问题》（主编）、《旅游法论丛·系列丛书》（主编）、《西方国家旅游法律法规汇编》（主编）、《21世纪旅游法示范教材五部》（主编），并在《法学杂志》、《观察与思考》、《光明日报》等期刊发表《旅游法研究对象刍议》、《国外旅游立法及其对我国的启示》、《我国旅游法制建设的里程碑》等论文多篇，完成司法部课题《《政府规制公司法律问题研究——中外旅行社监管制度比较研究》和国家旅游局委托课题多项、北京市教委面上项目《中外旅游法比较研究》及科技创新平台项目《旅行社法律责任制度研究》等。

鲁勤，北京第二外国语学院英语语言文学专业硕士研究生毕业，曾担任专业翻译多年，有外企工作经历，现任北京联合大学专职英语教师，主要讲授英语口语、听力、写作、阅读等。主要翻译作品有《剑桥美国文学史》、《职业导游》、《国际饭店管理》等，编写并出版《高级口译教程》等。
