並非老套的教大傢怎麼發揮創造力成功學的書。反而知識性很強，涉及心理學，神經學，組織行為學，社會學等諸多學科，而且都有專傢采訪，比較靠譜。雖然Bob Dylan那段兒作者承認沒有親自采訪，算是個醜聞，不過整體瑕不掩瑜。

太過於神話，偏激，不推薦嚴謹的研究用。。當八卦消遣讀還行。
