六百頁的磚頭已粗略掃完，讀書筆記後補。該書堪稱是憲法解讀originalism的實用手冊，一條一條canon下來，大概是集古今大全，把textualist對在法律詮釋的所遇到的問題的對策都歸納總結起來瞭，scalia都這把年紀這般資曆瞭，還孜孜不倦寫這種純學理探究的厚磚頭（貌似也是現今唯一的一位），書中的字裏行間處處流露著我最喜歡他的那種霸氣，仿佛在對那些有不同觀點的人說：“不服來辯啊！！！”
