一開始有很多共鳴覺得很樸實動人，看到一半的時候在亞馬遜看瞭一篇關於這本書的惡評論點充分切中要害...然後我對這本書産生瞭很多看法。呃，我太容易受影響瞭這樣可不好啊·········

评分Eloquent, perceptive and sincere with injections of humour at appropriate intervals. As far as first-person memoirs go, I can't really ask for more.
评分本來帶傲慢與偏見齣門的，忘瞭，隨手拿瞭這本。一翻開，哎真的比傲慢偏見簡單太多瞭！！！看的速度那是嗖嗖的啊！看完中文再看英文最大的感受是，仿佛能直麵何偉下筆時的情感。一個大老遠的美國人，能夠公平客觀的看待那時候的中國社會，且願意冷靜剖開現象深入進行深層思考，也沒有一點居高臨下的優越感，確實讓中國人心生好感吧。---看完中文版再看的英文版，依然被感動。
