评分做瞭兩年谘詢,讀這本書時真想和書抱頭痛哭,句句說到心坎裏。谘詢這個行業,其實是一個人際關係行業。不知道作者有沒有受“非暴力溝通”方法的啓發,但是確實是非暴力溝通在谘詢領域的應用。說到底,無論是生活還是工作,做一個真誠的人,一個真誠的谘詢顧問。
