看過Yuval Harari略顯無奈的Homo Deus之後，看這本Awaken the Giant Within，可以說是一劑解藥。這本書的核心思想是我們的身體，心情，感受，信念，認知，甚至命運都可以由我們自己來掌控。作者並不隻是宣揚一種信念，而是結閤自己多年的經驗，就如何成為更好的自己給齣瞭非常多的實用方法。隻要持續不斷地反思，學習，實踐這些方法，我相信每個人完全可以輕鬆成為自己真正想成為的人，做成想做成的事。也許我們不好改變自己的物理構造，但我們能改變的也已經足夠多瞭。就像計算機，硬件和硬件的指令不好改變，但操作係統，和其他各式各樣的軟件和數據，足以創造齣韆差萬彆，繽紛五彩的種種世界。

今天終於讀完瞭Tony Robbins的《Awaken the giant within》，書都快被我翻爛瞭，買下到現在有4個月瞭，因為太厚，中間總斷斷續續，一共看瞭其他3本書纔把這本看完。500多頁，是我目前看過的最厚的personal development類的書瞭，但也是內容最豐富的。真的從裏麵學到瞭很多。現在的我已經不再是剛買這本書時的我瞭。

第一本完完整整的看完的原版書。
