有效！看过之后发现有些中国英语老师真是害人不浅。自中学以来就有不少老师“警告”过看书时不要用手指当做“pacer”，这个理论先后被“How to Read a Book", 和这本书揭穿是不正确的。这本书有很多关于速读的建议，不仅是关于提高速度而且是有利于提高理解准确度。里面有图解释如果用不同的”指法“提高阅读速度。还有很多的drills供读者练习，这本书基本上是一个速读课程。我只是看了建议，没有做drills，阅读速读就提高了一倍多，有效，推荐！
