一個有點cheesy的book title，但內容對普通人來說超實用，教你變成一個從工程角度上來說更健康更自律也更加容易被幸運光顧的人。不愧是漫畫傢啊，文風超幽默，人生一次次被打趴下來，卻還能讓你笑著讀完。
