评分看的是湛庐做的中文版，这种快餐读物不值得花太多时间，湛庐居然那么辛苦翻译还做了精美的装帧...关于时间的研究这个点本身挺有意思的，书中的建议也都有心理学、行为经济学等社科研究的证据支持，不过这种书真谈不上对我的日常生活有什么指导（咖啡盹可以实践下），可能更适合商业世界里的人吧...
