这本书让我意识到有一点以前没看到或者想到到的：有关男女平等，现状常见的是让女人变得像男人一样，而不是改变政策、决策等来考虑女人的不同。受益匪浅。此书的缺点是，在数据上和举例上地理范围太大。有些国家男女极其不平等的例子对另一些国家没有借鉴意义。
