不無視女性的實際差異和需求，不應該被視為偏袒，而是我們需要意識到我們早已適應男性語境下的社會生活，從質疑女性是否能夠從事與男性一樣的工作（實際很多男性從事的工作所使用的器械並沒有照顧女性的差異性），到女性還在繼續大量的無償工作，推而廣之還有洗手間的隔間數量、車站的設置、嬰幼兒託管的機構、傢暴受害者的庇護機構和收留流浪人員的庇護機構的混用，緻癌的清潔劑用品，手機的尺寸（最搞笑的就是提到iphone而我這個貧窮8P用戶就完全認同），相比單一地強調一緻，實際上我們更應該看到差異。# 38節我就很感恩我可以在傢悠閒聽著這本書然後可以為瞭自己喜歡和情願做瞭無額外添加糖的南瓜小饅頭而不用被任何人視作理所當然

有理有據，最喜歡關於meritocracy trap的部分。在現在的工作生活中對於女性的歧視也是處處可見，比如同樣的工作同樣的response，女生就更容易被人覺得aggressive，而女生being aggressive也更容易拿差評。總體來說因為性彆歧視、男人是default的人，而女人隻是一種例外，造成女性較男性比更難從政、當公司高管、成為各行業領軍人物，而因為女性難以參與管理層，政府在製定法規和企業設計産品時，對女性的關注又是缺席的，導緻女性生存環境更艱難，以至於更難以成功，成為一個vicious circle。讀瞭這本書你就可以明白，女性彆說是特權瞭，連基本人權都沒保障（比如醫生看病時更容易忽略女性的疼痛），女權之路道阻且長啊。

Blinkist掃過。心髒病儀器、藥物反應、彈鋼琴的手的尺寸、手機的大小、瑞典大街掃雪的順序、汽車測試的人偶、車費的計算方式（單程/距離）、印度公共女廁而導緻的人身安全問題……之前並沒有意識到這麼多問題其實都是背後設計邏輯有明顯的性彆忽視。這是一個有意思而且有意義的話題。女性的平等對待真的不僅僅是個紙麵意識形態的問題，嚴重地說，當50%的人口最日常的一些需求（哪怕是基於最純粹的生理構造上的區彆，不參雜任何文化社會因素）都不能被流程化係統化地考慮和顧及到，我們人類的文明建設真的還是漫漫長路。
