Reading for confusion and having neglected all the technical details. Doing PhD research is a career training and keep in mind that academic is an occupation. So the essential question is, what is a PhD for? Simply meeting my curiosity at the cost of setting foot in this institutional profession area?
评分看的是中文版。看完后觉得自己不论作为学生还是老师都是不合格的。/ 要让学生体会到研究对你举足轻重，而你也认真对待。没有什么会比你深深地投入到自己的研究中，并把它写成文章发表在很有声誉的刊物上更为重要。
评分这是一本指导PhD学习生活的书。前十章主要针对PhD同学，最后两章则是写给导师和学校。全书的亮点就是每一章介绍有一个action summary，给读者提供了行为方法。这些方法不仅仅读书的人可以参考，对工作的人也有所裨益。毕竟都是与人相处的学问。
