看瞭Ken Robinson的TED，於是想找他的書來看。TED比較濃縮，所以更顯精彩。這本書由許許多多的名人故事串起來，他們的共同特點是找到瞭各自的Element。他們有的很幸運，有的很頑強，有的很勵誌，有的很驚嘆。
