虽然番茄工作法从小就听过、也有通过app实践过,但依然觉得本书值得一读。作者将一个番茄时间称为atomic,仔细想想很有道理,联系《自控力》将日常需要自控力调节的学习工作开始和结束,转化成番茄时间的开始,是对有限自控力的合理分配。
