本书对我来说一直没有提起兴趣,断断续续的看,差不多看完了。一本心里学的书,里面有大量的论例,和很多不同的人不同的故事。书中举例告诉人们可以从哪些方面来提高自己的幸福感。里面有测试题,还是很准的。针对测试结果,给出了很多从不同方面来提高自己幸福感的方式和方法。
