作者个人情感抒发很多。另，作者词汇量好像不是特别大，articulate、lens、palpable等等都是反复使用的词儿。

作者个人情感抒发很多。另，作者词汇量好像不是特别大，articulate、lens、palpable等等都是反复使用的词儿。

星巴克成功有很多因素，有一点是对理想价值的坚持，但书中反复的强调让人觉得有些虚伪。09年后的王者归来主要还是因为经济回暖，星巴克也没有什么类似于电子商务的趋势威胁，只能说first mover的品牌优势太大了。

Emotional attachment. 算有趣的翻身故事。长了见识。不过，第三人称比较好吧？

Actually this book is not very intriguing because Howard, the author and also CEO of Starbucks, is not a writer. Good leadership needs eloquent speech but not an eloquent book!!! Finishing this book takes quite a long time and I already can't remember how I...
